| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双能CT对孤立性肺结节(SPN)的诊断价值.方法:采用双能CT(管电压为80和140kVp)对水模、体模、47例平扫CT无明显钙化的SPN(恶性31例,良性16例)进行扫描,测量其CT值变化,计算病灶内钙质含量,比较良恶性SPN的CT值变化及钙质含量.结果:良性SPN的CT值变化中位数为5HU,恶性SPN为4...
