| 摘 要： | 目的探讨24 F标准通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术（PCNL）治疗无积水肾结石的疗效和安全性。方法对28例接受24 F标准通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗无积水肾结石患者的资料进行回顾分析。结果 28例患者中24例成功施行一期取石,4例二期取石,一次清石率85.7%,术后无严重的并发症。结论 24 F标准通道的PCNL具有损伤小、手术时间短、结石清除率高、并发症少等优点,是治疗无积水肾结石的理想的微创治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of percutaneous nephrolithotomy（PCNL）with 24 F standard sheath treatment for non-nephredema renal stone.Methods Data of 28 cases of PCNL with 24 F standard sheath treatment for non-nephredema renal stone were retrospectively analysed.Results 24 cases succeeded in removing the calculus for the first time,4 cases the second time,with no serious complications after surgery.One session stone-free rate was 85.7%.Conclusion PCNL with 24 F standard sheath for non-nephredema renal stone has the advantages of invasive injury,high efficaly and stone-free rate,with few complications. |
