丹参注射液卡托普利联用治疗充血性心力衰竭26例

目的]观察丹参注射液卡托普利联用治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法]选择26例CHF患者为治疗组,经强心、利尿、扩血管、营养心肌等治疗疗效不明显,心功能无改善,应用丹参注射液和卡托普利联合治疗,同时随机选择23例CHF患者为对照组,按常规方法治疗,两组患者年龄、性别、心功能级别及基础性心脏病情况相似,具有可比性。观察两组临床疗效及临床指标(血电解质、肝肾功能等)变化。结果]治疗组显效14例,有效7例,总有效率80.7%。对照组显效7例,有效5例,总有效率为52.1%,两组总有效率之间比较有显著性差异(x~2=4.67,P<0.05)。结论]丹参注射液联用卡托普利治疗充血性心力衰竭安全有效。
