米非司酮对人胚主要器官影响的电镜观察

摘    要:
目的 探讨米非司酮对人胚主要器官超微结构有无影响。方法 对停经40-49天要求终止妊娠的孕妇,口服米非司酮及米索前列醇,收集排出的孕囊,在体视显微镜下解剖,分离出胚胎和少量绒毛及脐带,固定制片后,在电镜在观察组织细胞的超微结构。结果 电镜下:观察组胚胎心肌细胞、肝细胞内线粒体明显肿大;部分脐带样本内出现组织细胞坏死样改变。结论 米非司酮对人胚的部分主要器官可能有一定程度的影响。药流失败者应慎重选择继续妊娠。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the effects of mifepristone on the human embryonic main organs.Methods We collected the embryos from the early pregnancy women who were pretreatment with mifepristone,the embryos were dissected under the anatomic microscope and the main organs were separated for observation by electron microscope.Results In mifepristone group the tumefacient mitochondrion of the cardiac muscle cells and the liver cells was obvious.In samples of the umbilical cord the cytoclasis was found.Conclusion The continue pregnancy after treatment with mifepristone must be careful.
