| 摘 要： | 目的探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS),Gamma(γ)钉在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用和疗效。方法采用目前国内外应用最多的两种内固定—Gamma钉和Richard钉治疗粗隆间骨折148例,其中Richard钉93例,Gamma钉55例,进行临床比较。结果经3～50个月随访,DHS组优良率为85.3%,γ钉组优良率为92.5%。结论各种内固定有其自身的特点。稳定型骨折,DHS效果满意,不稳定型骨折,γ钉效果满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the DHS, Gamma application and its effect in the femoral intertrachanteric fracture. Methods 148 cases had been treated with two kinds of operation (DHS and Gamma technique). Among them, 93 cases wore fixed with Gamma technique, and 55 cases with DHS technique. Compared the clinical results of two methods. Results With 3~50 months follow-up after the operation, the excellent and good rate of DHS group was 85.3%, the excellent and good rate of Gamma group was 92.5%. Conclusion Every group has own benefit. For stable intertrochanteric fractures, DHS is the best. For unstable intertochanteric fractures, Gamma is the best. |
