联合检测AKA、抗CCP抗体与RF在类风湿性关节炎诊断中的应用

目的探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者检测血清中抗角蛋白抗体(AKA)、抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗CCP)、类风湿因子(RF)的临床意义。方法采用间接荧光法检测AKA,ELISA检测抗CCP,免疫比浊法检测RF。共检测115例RA患者,102例其他风湿性疾病,100例健康体检者(正常对照者)。结果115例RA患者中AKA、抗CCP和RF的阳性率分别为37.4%、75.7%、70.4%,102例其他风湿性疾病为4.9%、6.9%、13.7%,100例健康体检者阳性率分别为0%、0%、3%。结论AKA、抗CCP均是特异性诊断指标,两者与RF可相互补充,选择适当的指标联合检测有助于提高RA诊断的敏感性和特异性。

The clinical application of combined detection of AKA, Anti-CCP and RF in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To discuss the clinical value of AKA ,Anti-CCP and RF in sera of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods AKA was detected by IFA(immunity fluorescence method). Anti-CCP was measured by ELISA. RF was measured by the rate scatting immunity method. 115 patients with RA and 102 patients without RA and 100 normal controls were detected. Results The positive rate of AKA,anti-CCP and RF in 115 patients with RA were 37.4%,75.7%,70.4%,and the positive rate of AKA,anti-CCP and RF in 102 patients without RA were 4.9%,6.9%,13.7%,and the positive rate of AKA,anti-CCP and RF in 100 normal controls were 0%,0%,3%. Conclusion Both AKA and anti-CCP are the special sign in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.The combined detection of AKA,anti-CCP,RF is helpful for the diagnosis of RA.
