| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this paper is to detect the expression of Islet Cell Autoantibodies(ICA),Islet Autoantibodies(IAA),Glutamic Acid Decarboxylase Antibodies(GADA)and other autoantibodies in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)patients jointly,and to evaluate its correlation with clinical outcome.Method GADA,ICA and IAA were tested by the method of western blotting.Result The positive rates of serum GADA,ICA and IAA of GDM group were 12.5%,6.25% and 2% respectively.The rates were too low to compare the diffe... |
