| 摘 要： | 目的了解医学院校教职工体重指数与血压、血糖、血脂及尿酸的相关性。方法对2009年我院参加体检且资料完整的674名教职工的体重指数与相关指标进行统计分析。结果男性超重和肥胖的检出率高于女性，随着年龄的增加，超重和肥胖有逐渐增加的趋势。超重和肥胖可导致血压上升，肥胖可引起血糖升高，超重或肥胖可导致总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和尿酸增高，可使高密度脂蛋白胆固醇下降。多重线性回归分析明：体重指数越大，收缩压、血糖、总胆固醇和尿酸越高，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇越低。结论体重指数与血压、血糖、血脂及尿酸有关，保持正常体重有可能预防和控制与肥胖有关的一些慢性疾病。
