摘 要: | 目的探讨抽动秽语综合征(TS)患者疾病过程中免疫损伤的相关机制。方法应用抗脑抗体(ABAb)、抗核抗体(ANA)、可溶性白介素-6受体(sIL-6R)及可溶性gp130(sgp130)的ELISA方法商品试剂盒,检测患者和正常人血清中sIL-6R、sgpl30及相应抗体的含量。结果TS组血清sIL-6R、sgp130含量显著高于正常对照组(44.078±15.777):(30.290±9.048),P〈0.01;(69.032±24.604):(47.309±14.137),P〈0.01);TS患儿血清ABAb、ANA检出率显著高于对照组(66.7%:3.6%,P〈0.01;53.3%:25%,P〈0.05)。且ABAb水平与sgpl30负相关(r=-0.451,P=0.046)。结论在TS患者血清中sIL-6R、sgp130水平显著增高表明依赖IL-6信号传导的生理功能上调和反馈抑制的网络机制启动;自身免疫相关的损伤机制参与了疾病发生发展的病理生理过程。

Serum levels of autoantibodies and soluble interleukin-6 receptor in patients with Tourette's syndrome |

Abstract: | Objective To explore mechanisms underlying the immunologic injury in Tourette's syndrome (TS) patients. Methods The serum contents of anti--brain antibody (ABAb), antinuclear antibody (ANA), soluble IL-6 receptor (sIL-6R), and soluble gpl30 (sgpl30) in patients were determined with commercialized ELISA kits. Results The levels of sIL-6R and sgpl30 were significantly elevated in TS compared to control group (44. 078±15. 777 vs 0. 290±9. 048, P〈0.01; 69. 032±24. 604 vs 47. 309 ±14, 137, P 〈 0.01, respectively). The detection rate of anti--brain antibody, antinuclear antibody in TS was remarkably higher than that in control group (66.7% vs 3.6%, P 〈 0.01 ; 53.3% vs 25%, P 〈 0.05). The ABAb levels correlated with sgp130 concentration (r =- 0. 451 ,P = 0. 046). Conclusions The elevated serum levels of sIL--6R and sgpl30 in patients with Tourette's syndrome indicated the activation of IL- 6-- dependent signal transduction and initiation of the network mechanism of feedback inhibition, suggesting that the autoimmune-related immunologic injuries may be involved in the pathophysiological process of this disease.
