摘    要:目的 探讨轻度上睑下垂误行单纯重睑术的原因及其修复的方法 .方法 对12例16侧轻度上睑下垂误行单纯重睑术者,采用提上睑肌腱膜折叠缩短和/或提上睑肌腱膜修补术进行修复.结果 修复术后1~2个月,患者双上睑睑缘高度轻度不对称,重睑侧较对侧宽,睑裂闭合不全,但在2个月内恢复正常.随访10例患者2~24个月,9例患者双上睑对称,重睑线自然流畅.1例患者修复术后18个月,患侧上睑缘仍较对侧高.结论 术前判断失误是轻度上睑下垂误行单纯重睑术的主要原因.提上睑肌腱膜折叠缩短和/或提上睑肌腱膜修补术,是轻度上睑下垂误行单纯重睑术后再修复的简单、有效的方法 .

Abstract:Objective To discuss the reasons and repairing method of slight blepharoptosis treated erroneous-ly with simple double eyelid plasty. Methods The reasons for 12 cases (16 sides) with slight blepharoptosis treated erroneously with simple double eyelid plasty were summarized. All cases were repaired with folding and shortening the levator palpebrae superior aponeurosis (LPSA) and/or patching the gap between the LPSA and tarsus. Results Slight asymmetry of the eyelid level of two sides and eyelid dysraphism had been seen within 1 to 2 months after the repairing operations which were recovered at 2 months postoperatively. Ten patients were followed up for 2 ~ 24 months. Satisfactory results were achieved in 9 patients. 1 case's eyelids were still slightly asymmetric at 18 months postoperatively. Conclusion The misdiagnose was the main reason to perform the simple double eyelid plasty for the patients with slight blepharoptosis. It's a simple and effective method to repair those cases with folding and short-ening the levator palpebrae superior aponeurosis (LPSA) and/or patching the gap between the LPSA and tarsus.
