| 香菇多糖治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察香菇多糖辅助治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法100例晚期恶性肿瘤患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各50例，均按照NCCN2005临床肿瘤治疗指南进行化疗；治疗组在对照组基础上加用香菇多糖1毫克静脉滴注，每周2次。结果治疗组总有效率为38％，对照组总有效率为20％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论香菇多糖能够提高肿瘤治疗的有效率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of lentinan for advanced cancer. Methods 100 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. All patients were treated based on the NCCN 2005 clinical cancer practice guideline,and lentinan was additionally given to treatment group. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 38% and 20%, respectively. Conclusion Lentinan could increase the effective rate for advanced cancer. |
