肝硬化患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子1水平变化及其临床意义

目的：探讨肝硬化患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子1（sICAM-1）水平变化与肝细胞损伤的关系。方法：用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测40例肝硬化患者和18名正常对照组血清sICAM-1水平。结果：肝硬化患者血清sICAM-1水平高于正常对照组，且肝功能Child C级患者血清sICAM-1水平高于Child B级和Child A级患者；肝硬化患者血清sICAM－1水平与肝功能指标天门冬酸转氨酶水平呈正相关（r=0.2754,P＜0．05），与白蛋白水平呈负相关（r=-0.4681,P＜0．01）。结论：肝硬化患者血清sICAM-1水平增高与肝细胞损伤、肝功能障碍有关，血清sICAM-1水平监测可作为临床观察肝硬化患者病变活动的重要免疫学指标。

Serum soluable intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and its clinical significance in patients with liver cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the level of serum soluable intercellular adhesion molecule_1(sICAM_1) and assess its role in liver function injury of cirrhosis.Methods The sICAM_1 was measured by enzyme_linked immunosorbent assay in serum samples collected from 40 liver cirrhosis patients and 18 healthy controls.Liver function tests were performed in all samples.Results Serum levels of sICAM_1 were significantly increased in patients with liver cirrhosis compared with healthy controls.Serum levels of sICAM_1 were correlated positively with serum levels of AST(r=0.2754,P<0.05) and negatively with serum albumin(r=-0.4681,P<0.01).Serum levels of sICAM-1 were correlated positively (r=0.3656,P<0.05) with assessment score of disease severity (Child_Pugh classification).Conclusion sICAM_1 is markedly elevated in liver cirrhosis and correlated with parameters of liver function.sICAM_1 may be useful in assessing the immunopathology of the disease process in liver cirrhosis.
