微细腹壁引流管在预防剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化中的临床应用

目的探讨剖宫产术中切口脂肪层放置微细腹壁引流管在预防切口脂肪液化、切口愈合不良方面的疗效.方法将2006年3月-2012年11月2000例剖宫产孕妇随机分为观察组与对照组各1000例.观察组在关腹时在皮下脂肪层底部、腹直肌前鞘上放置自制微细腹壁引流管,术后48h拔出.对照组不置引流管.结果观察组切口脂肪液化、不愈合率0.3%,明显少于对照组的16%(P<0.005),术后病率观察组明显低于对照组.结论剖宫产手术中放置微细腹壁引流管持续引流是预防切口脂肪液化促进切口愈合的有效措施.

Micro abdominal drainage tube in prevention of Post Cesarean section incision fat liquefaction in clinical application

Postoperative morbidity in observation group was obviously lower than that of control group. Conclusion Cesarean operation is placed in the micro abdominal wall drainage tube drainage is the prevention of incision fat liquefaction in promoting wound healing and effective measures.
