危重患者应激性高血糖胰岛素治疗研究进展

应激性高血糖在危重患者中普遍存在,对患者临床与预后有极为重要的影响。目前对高血糖的治疗方式主要为强化胰岛素治疗,但是因为胰岛素治疗在危重症患者中的应用时间较为短暂,取得临床实验结果存在一定的争议。本文就强化胰岛素治疗进行阐述并对应激性高血糖控制进行深入研究,望对危重患者应激性高血糖胰岛素治疗提供理论基础。

Research Progress on Stress Hyperglycemia and Insulin Therapy for Critically Ill Patients

The stress hyperglycemia commonly occurs in critically ill patients, and it imposes substantial impact on clinical diagnosis and prognosis of patients. Presently, amjor treatment method for hyperglycemia is intensive insulin treatment, but as the application time of insulin therapy in critically ill patients is relatively short, and there are certain disputes in clinical experiment results. The paper expounds intensive insulin therapy and its shortcomings and conducts in-depth study on stress hyperglycemia and control, it is expected to provide theoretical basis for the insulin therapy of critically ill patients with stress hyperglycemia.
