光动力疗法治疗恶性肿瘤光剂量的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探索光动力疗法对恶性肿瘤杀伤作用的最低安全有效光剂量。方法 应用光动力疗法对接种Louis肺癌的60只昆明小鼠作肿瘤杀伤的对比实验研究。结果 通过组织学和抑瘤检测证实:光动力疗法能选择性杀伤癌细胞,在治疗后24小时内就可以见到癌细胞出现空泡变性,核固缩、破裂、溶解、坏死。随着时间推移坏死更加明显。结论 证实这种光动力疗法对正常细胞和组织没有损伤,激光应垂直连续照射,最低安全有效激光剂量为36J/cm^2。

Abstract:Objective To demonstrate the available photic dosage for injuring effect on malignant tumor of PDT.Methods PDT was used in the experimental study to observe the injuring effect on Louis lung cancer inoculated in 60 Kunming mice.Results Histological and antitumorassay study showed there was selective injuring effect of PDT on tumor cells.After 24hours by PDT,vacuolar degeneration,pykonsis,karyorrhexis and karyolysis of tumor cells were observed and serious changes appeared as time went on.Conclusion PDT is proved to be no injuring effect on normal tissues,laser irradiation should be used vertically and in cessantly.The lowest safe effective dosage of laser is 36 J/cm 2
