2010年威海市某医院医院感染及抗生素使用情况调查

[目的]了解医院感染现患率及抗生素的使用情况,进一步提高医院感染管理水平。[方法]2010年3月,对威海市文登中心医院某日的所有住院患者进行调查。[结果]调查767人,当天医院感染30人、33例次,医院感染现患率为3.91%,例次现患率为4.30%。医院感染现患率最高的是重症医学科(30.00%)、烧伤科(2/9)、肾病科(15.79%)、脑外一科(13.64%)、神经一科(10.53%)。全部调查对象当天抗菌药物使用率为51.24%,其中联合用药的占24.68%。[结论]威海市文登中心医院住院患者医院感染现患率与抗生素使用率均不高。
