| 2005～2009年安阳市龙安区法定传染病疫情分析 | |

| 摘 要： | [目的]掌握法定传染病疫情变化趋势,为制定防治规划提供科学依据。[方法]对2005～2009年安阳市龙安区传染病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]龙安区2005～2009年累计报告乙、丙类传染病23种、2 756例,年均发病率为278.71/10万,死亡10例,病死率为0.36%,年发病率呈平稳趋势。年均发病率最高的前5种传染病依次是病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、流行性腮腺炎、麻疹。年均发病率,城区为303.59/10万,农村为268.76/10万;男性为317.48/10万,女性为238.38/10万;0～14岁为324.27/10万,15～34岁为356.93/10万,35～54岁为236.50/10万,≥55岁为205.51/10万。[结论]龙安区近年传染病发病呈平稳状态,病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾是重点防治的传染病。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To learn the changing trend of notifiable diseases in Longan district so as to provide scientific basis for the control plan.[Methods]Analysis was made on the epidemic data of infectious diseases in Longan district,2005-2009.[Results]A total of 2 756 cases,23 kinds of Class B and C infectious diseases were reported in Longan district,2005-2009.The annual average morbidity was 278.71/105,with 10 deaths,and the annual average mortality was 0.36%.The trend of the morbidity was stable.The diseases of... |
