[目的]了解天津市小学生超重肥胖发生的影响因素,为制订预防措施提供科学依据。[方法]2008年1~5月,在天津市城乡抽取6~12岁超重肥胖小学生259人进行1∶1病例对照研究。[结果]进入影响小学生超重肥胖发生的多因素条件Logistic回归模型的有哺乳方式、进餐速度、每日主食、肉食、鸡蛋、植物油摄入量,OR值分别为1.342、2.043、1.758、1.457、1.389、1.472。[结论]人工喂养、进餐速度快、每日主食、肉食、鸡蛋、植物油摄入量多的小学生容易发生超重肥胖。
