2005～2009年南阳市卧龙区暗娼艾滋病宣传干预效果评价

[目的]评价南阳市卧龙区实施第三轮中国全球基金艾滋病项目5年来,对暗娼人群(FSW)的宣传干预效果。[方法]2005~2009年,对南阳市卧龙区疾病预防控制中心当年度登记管理的高、中、低档娱乐场所暗娼进行问卷调查和HIV检测。[结果]2005~2009年合计调查暗娼1 715人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率分别为30.33%、56.00%、63.71%、80.59%、85.19%(P<0.01);在过去12个月中,最近1次发生商业性行为时使用安全套比例分别为18.56%、36.73%、49.03%、81.38%、85.45%(P<0.01);对艾滋病相关态度正确率分别为31.67%、33.67%、36.84%、46.54%、51.32%(P<0.01)。检测1 715人,检出HIV抗体阳性者3例,阳性检出率为0.17%。[结论]开展艾滋病宣传干预使暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率、安全套使用率明显提高。

Effect Evaluation of Propaganda Intervention of AIDS in Female Sex Workers in Wolong District of Nangyang City,2005-2009
