| 摘 要： | [目的]了解克拉玛依市儿童乙型肝炎疫苗(乙肝疫苗)接种情况及影响接种的主要因素,为制定相关措施提供科学依据。[方法]按照容量比例概率随机抽样方法,2007~2009年的7~8月,在克拉玛依市4个区抽取部分1~1.5岁儿童进行调查。[结果]2007~2009年合计调查儿童918名,乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率、全程及时接种率、全程接种率分别为85.18%、84.09%、94.88%。首针及时接种率、全程及时接种率、全程接种率均为乌尔禾区最低;医院出生儿童高于在家出生儿童,常住儿童高于流动儿童,城镇出生儿童高于乡村(P<0.01)。[结论]克拉玛依市儿童乙肝疫苗接种率较低。 |
