莱州市百岁老人健康状况调查

[目的]了解莱州市长寿老年人口的基本健康状况,为政府部门加强应对人口老龄化工作提供科学依据。[方法]对莱州市77名百岁老人进行健康状况调查。[结果]调查百岁老人77人,饮用水以饮用井水为主占80.52%,以面粉为主食者占71.43%,经常或每天食用新鲜蔬菜者占96.10%;饮食的口味适中清淡者占74.03%;睡眠6h以上71人,占92.21%;无吸烟嗜好者占93.51%,无喝酒嗜好者占81.82%,经常锻炼身体者占59.74%,心态平和者占64.95%;健康检查有异常者占84.42%,主要是高血压、耳部疾患、眼部疾患,分别占73.85%、53.85%、52.31%;血常规异常者占73.13%,血生化异常者占76.12%,尿常规异常者占71.88%。[结论]莱州市老年人有良好的饮食习惯、生活习惯及健康的心理状态,但也存在着不同程度的疾病及亚健康状况。

Survey and Analysis on the Health Status among the Longevous Elderly Population in Laizhou City
