| 摘 要： | [目的]了解社区居民糖尿病(DM)患病状况。[方法]2009年3月至2010年3月,整群抽取胜利油田滨南社区16岁及以上居民9 819人进行问卷调查,检测空腹血糖(FPG)。[结果]调查9 230人,糖尿病患病率为8.07%,空腹血糖受损患病率为10.62%,标化率分别为5.24%、7.46%。空腹血糖受损患病率,男性、女性分别为12.05%、9.38%(P<0.05),脑力劳动者、体力劳动者分别为12.76%、9.34%(P<0.01);糖尿病患病率,男、女性分别为8.38%、7.80%(P>0.05),均有随年龄的增加而增高的趋势(P<0.01)。空腹血糖受损患病率教师最高、野外工人最低,糖尿病患病率干部与教师最高、野外工人最低,不同职业人员的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]滨南社区居民空腹血糖受损患病率和糖尿病患病率处于较高水平。
