氯吡格雷应用前后C反应蛋白水平的影响

目的通过观察急性冠脉综合征患者使用氯吡格雷前后CRP水平的变化,并与对照组比较,探讨氯吡格雷除抑制血小板聚集作用之外的抗炎症作用。方法分别测定两组(氯吡格雷组即治疗组与对照组)急性冠脉综合征患者治疗前CRP水平及治疗两周后CRP水平并做统计学分析。结果两组治疗前CRP水平无统计学差异,两组治疗后CRP水平分别与治疗前比较均有下降且有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组治疗后CRP水平比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氯吡格雷对于急性冠脉综合征患者不仅有抑制血小板聚集作用,而且具有抗炎症作用,这两种作用均使急性冠脉综合征患者获益。

Effects of Clopidogrel on C - reactive Protein Level in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To observe the change of C-reactive protein( CRP) level in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) when clopidogrel is used comparing it with the reference. Methods The patients with acute coronary syndrome are divided into two groups.Group 1 with Clopidogrel treatment while group 2 with no Clopidogrel treatment. The CRP level of two groups before treatment and the CRP level of two groups after treatment are detected and analysed.Results There isn't significant difference of the CRP level of two groups before treatment, but the CRP level of two groups after treatment decreases(P<0.01) and the stochastic difference of the CRP level of two groups is significantly remarkable(P<0.01). Conclusion In addition to suppress platelet adhesion, Clopidogrel has anti inflammation effect in patients with ACS. The patients with ACS will benefit from two effect mentioned above.
