| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨端粒酶的调节基因TRAP在皮肤基底细胞癌中的表达情况。方法:用免疫组化S-P法检测TRAP在38例皮肤基底细胞癌、15例正常皮肤中的表达。结果:TRAP在皮肤基底细胞癌的表达高于正常皮肤(P<0.01);在未分化型与分化型基底细胞癌表达的差异无统计学意义。结论:TRAP的异常高表达可能与皮肤基底细胞癌的发病有关。TRAP的表达与基底细胞癌的病理分型无关。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To investigate the expression of telomerase regulation gene TRAP in the basal cell carcinoma.Methods:The expression of TRAP was detected with S-P immunohistochemical method in 38 cases of basal cell carcinoma and 15 case of normal skin.Results:The expression of TRAP was higher in the basal cell carcinoma than that in the normal skin(P<0.01),and the difference in the expression of TRAP between undifferentiation basal cell carcinoma and differentiation basal cell carcinoma was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The abnormal expression of TRAP may contribute to the pathogenesis of basal cell carcinoma,The expression of TRAP may not related to pathological type in basal cell carcinoma. |
