在1998年和2006年期间阿片类药物滥用临床分析

目的：探讨阿片类药物依赖者药物滥用原因及滥用方式的特点，了解吸毒人员现行药物滥用情况。方法：应用回顾性调查研究的方法，对1998年1月-12月和2006年1月-12月住院的阿片类药物依赖者药物滥用情况进行调查分析。结果：2006年药物滥用人群比1998年年轻化（P〈0．005），无职业化（P〈0．005），未婚人员比例增高（P〈0．005）。2006年药物滥用原因与1998年相比，好奇心理比例增多（P〈0．05），精神依赖导致的吸毒人群比例增高（P〈0．05）。2006年药物滥用方式与1998年相比，肌肉注射人群比例增高（P〈0．01），静脉注射人群比例增高（P〈0．005），混合方式注射人群比例增高（P〈0．005）。结论：药物滥用人群的结构、药物滥用情况随着社会大环境变化的影响而产生变化，对提高国民的毒品防范意识具有重要意义。

Clinical Analysis of opium abuse in period of time 1998 and 2006

Objective： To find the characteristics and the abuse manner, reasons of opium addicts. Methods： 579 drug addicts, treated respectively in 1998 and 2006, were statistically investigated and analyzed. Results： Compared to the addicts treated in 1998, the young adult, the non-professional and unmarried percentage of patients, treated in 2006, were significantly increased （P〈0.005）. Moreover the percentage of addicts induced by mental factors and with intravenous injection significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The characteristics of addicts, the manner of abuse drug will significantly change with the environment. The control of drug and the improvement of mental health are very important to prevent the abuse drug.
