| 摘 要： | 目的：修复较大范围的羟基磷灰石义眼台暴露。方法：将异体巩膜覆盖于义眼台表面，然后严密缝合球筋膜与球结膜，共治疗20例患者。结果：19例修复成功，1例未成功而取出义眼台。结论：应用异体巩膜修复义眼台暴露是有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To repair a relatively large exposure of hydroxyapatite implant in orbit. Methods A piece of heterogenous sclera was used to cover the exposed surface of the implant,and afterwards, the tenon's capsule and the bulbar conjunctiva were tightly closed with suture.The operation was performed on 20 cases. Results 19 cases were successful, the operation was failed in one case and eventually the implant was extracted out. Conclusion The use of heterogenous sclera for repair of exposure of hydroxyapatite implant is effective. |
