GSS内固定治疗腰椎滑脱33例

目的探讨GSS内固定治疗腰椎滑脱的可行性和疗效。方法采用GSS内固定治疗腰椎滑脱33例,其中男21例,女12例;年龄26~67岁,平均43岁。病程11个月~22年。L4滑脱12例,L5滑脱21例。观察GSS内固定治疗腰椎滑脱复位、减压、植骨融合和疼痛恢复情况。结果随访时间6~20个月,平均12个月。术后3~4个月复查X线片,椎体间及横突间植骨融合均达骨性愈合,所有病例下肢疼痛症状均消失。有18例达解剖复位,10例Ⅱ度滑脱复位达90%,5例Ⅲ度滑脱复位达80%。结论GSS内固定对腰椎滑脱复位后提供了早期稳定性,为椎体间的植骨融合提供了力学支持,从而达到更高的植骨融合率。

33 Cases of Lumabar Spondylolisthesis Treated with GSS Internal Fixation

Objective To investigate the probability and efficacy of GSS internal fixation in treating lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods 33 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with GSS internal fixation.Among them,21 was males and 12 females.Age ranged from 26 to 67 years old,43 years old on average.The course of disease ranged from 11 months to 22 years.12 L4 spondylolisthesis and 21 L5 spondylolisthesis were involved.The curative effects(reduction,decompression,bone graf fusion and pain restoration) of the lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with GSS internal fixation were observed.Results The follow up period of 33 patients ranged from 6 to 20 months with an average of 12 months.The interbody and intertransverse process solid fusion was observed in all patients in X-ray between 3 and 4 months after operation.The symptom of melosalgia of all cases was relaxed completely.There were 18 cases which become anatomical reduction.10 cases of grade Ⅱ degrees of spondylolisthesis achieved 90% reduction,and 5 cases of grade Ⅲ degrees achieved 80% reduction.Conclusion GSS internal fixation provides primary stability after the reduction of lumbar spondylolisthesis,and functions as the mechanic sustainer for the bone graft fusion between lumbar interbodies.So as to achieve a higher ratio in bone graft fusion.
