| 摘 要： | 为了贯彻落实《福建省儿童发展规划纲要 (2 0 0 1～ 2 0 1 0年 )》、《福建省妇女发展纲要 (2 0 0 1～ 2 0 1 0年 )》和《福建省关于做好提高出生人口素质的意见》,福建省从 2 0 0 1年 1 0月～ 2 0 0 2年 8月实施了“母婴双安”生命救助行动的项目工作 ,目的是通过各级政府经费扶持在规定时间内实现若干个县的妇幼保健机构规范化建设和管理 |

| Abstract: | In order to implement the Outline of Fujian Provincial Children's Development Program (2001~2010), Outline of Fujian Provincial Women's Development (2001～2010) and the Opinion of Promoting the Quality of Birth Population in Fujian Province, Fujian provincial government carried out the work of Program of Maternity and Infant Safety from Oct. 2001 to Aug. 2002. The aim is to realize some counties MCH's standard construction and management by every level of government financial support in due time. |
