| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨LRP16基因对成熟脂肪细胞功能影响及其潜在的临床意义。方法：应用高通量基因芯片分析技术，比较高表达LRP16的成熟脂肪细胞与正常表达组的差异。结果：实验组与对照组间差异表达基因共有1222个，其中653个上调，569个下调。结论：对脂肪细胞LRP16的总体功能是促进（微）炎症状态，对脂肪分化、胰岛素抵抗以及糖脂代谢都有影响。 |
