| Abstract: | The advances in the study on structure-activity relationship of houttuynin sodium sulfonate derivatives were reviewed. The influences of alkyl-chain length, saturation and substitution in the derivatives on their pharmacological activities, including anti-bacteria, immuno-modulation, anti-hypertension, anti-tumor and so on, were discussed. |
