| 摘 要： | 目的:观察交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的治疗效果。方法:对45例胫骨骨折行交锁髓内钉内固定术,全部病例均得到随访,平均随访18个月。根据临床表现及X线征象评定疗效效果。结果:根据骨折愈合标准,优40例,良3例,差2例,优良率达95.6%。结论:交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折有术式简单、损伤小、疗效好、符合生物力学要求等优点,是胫骨干骨折较理想的固定方式。
