血瘀证与血管内皮细胞损伤研究进展

血管内皮细胞损伤是血瘀证形成的重要原因,活血化瘀治法可保护内皮细胞。血瘀证与血管内皮细胞损伤相关性研究包括临床研究和实验研究。临床研究着重于内皮细胞功能变化与血瘀证的相关性及活血化瘀药物和复方对内皮细胞的保护作用,实验研究着重于内皮细胞形态和功能变化与血瘀证的相关性及活血化瘀药物和复方对内皮细胞的保护作用。下一步研究要坚持"病证结合"的研究思路,采用系统生物学的方法进行研究,并且要加强对临床常见的血瘀证兼证的个性特征的研究。

Research progress of the relevance between blood stasis syndrome and vessel endothelial cell damage

The injury of endothelial cell is an important reason of forming blood stasis syndrome.Activating the blood circulation and eliminating the blood stasis can protect the endothelial cells from getting hurt.The studies on the relativity of blood stasis syndrome and vascular endothelial cell injury include clinical and experimental research.Clinical research focuses on the relativiy of endothelial cell function’s changing and blood stasis syndrome,and the protective effect on endothelial cell from activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis drugs and compound drugs.The experiment research focuses on the relativity of changes on endothelial cells’ form and function,and the protective effect on endothelial cell from activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis drugs and compound drugs.The next step for the research should adhere to the research thinking—combine the disease and syndrome and use the methods of systems biology,and enhance the research on personal characteristics of clinical common blood stasis syndrome.
