余姚市农村社区高血压综合干预的效果评价

目的探讨高血压社区综合干预在农村地区的可行性及其效果。方法：2005年至2007年间，用整群抽样方法抽取余姚市泗门镇农村社区18岁以上10135人作为研究对象，实行分类管理并对干预人群进行随访。结果：高血压患病率为19．40％；人群随访率为87．65％；健康宣教覆盖率91．73％。经3年社区综合干预后，人群高血压知晓率由27．25％上升至72．83％，治疗率由27.05％上升至69．41％，控制率由7、47％上升至52．92％（均P〈0.01）。受试人群吸烟率、嗜酒率以及高盐饮食率均有所下降（均P〈0．01）。高血压人群收缩压和舒张压明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论：对农村地区进行以社区为基础的高血压综合干预具有有效性和可行性。

Evaluation of community intervention on population with hypertension in a township of Yuyao city

Objective To evaluate the effects of community intervention on population with hypertension in rural areas.MethodsBetween 2005 and 2007,a survey was carried out by cluster sampling of population who aged above 18 years in Simen township of Yuyao city.Community intervention was carried out in a total of 10,135 subjects,and intervention effectiveness was evaluated.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension among subjects was 19.40%.The follow-up rate of subjects was 87.65%,and the health education rate of subjects was 91.73%.Three years after the community-based intervention,the rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension were increased respectively from 27.25%,27.05%,and 7.47% to 72.83%,69.41%,and 52.92%(all P<0.01).The rates of smoking,drinking and high salt diet of the whole population were remarkably decreased(all P<0.01).The average levels of SBP and DBP in the population with hypertension were also significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion Community comprehensive intervention is significantly effective for the treatment of hypertension in rural areas.
