| Abstract: | In this study, qualitative research together with Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process （AHP） was applied comprehensively to re-evaluate the economic and technical evaluation system in essential medicine bidding and procurement and determine the indicator’s weight for calculation. Quantitative analysis was conducted based on the results of consulting experts, and the operable economic and technical evaluation system were determined, which pro-vided a reference for perfection of the mechanism of essential medicine bidding and procurement in China. |
