妇科肿瘤腹腔镜手术并发症118例分析简

目的：探讨妇科肿瘤腹腔镜手术各种并发症及处理措施.方法：回顾性分析我院2002年1月至2012年12月10 856例妇科肿瘤腹腔镜手术及118例并发症情况.结果：10 856例妇科肿瘤腹腔镜手术中,并发症发生率为1.09%（118 / 10 856）,因并发症而需要中转开腹手术者25例（0.23%）.与穿刺及气腹相关的并发症31例（0.29%）;与手术相关的并发症54例（0.49%）;术后并发症33例（0.30%）.腹腔镜下子宫切除术并发症发生率为0.72%（78/ 10 856）,而附件手术发生率为0.29%（31/10 856）.结论：妇科肿瘤腹腔镜手术并发症与手术难度及操作技巧有关,提高医生的内镜手术技能,严格掌握手术适应证可减少或避免并发症的发生.

Analysis of 118 Cases of Complications related with Laparoscopic Surgery for Gynecological Oncology

Objective： To investigate the complications of laparoscopic operation for gynecological oncology and its treatment measures. Methods： Clinical data of 10 856 cases of laparoscopic operation for gynecological oncology in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and 118 cases with complications were studied. Results： In all these cases, the incidence of complication was 1.09% （ 118/10 856）. Among which, 25 cases （0.23%） were converted to laparotomy because of complications. Thirty - one complications （0.29%） were related with puncture and pneumoperitoneum. And 54 complications occured intraoperatively and 33 complications occured postoperatively. The inci- dence of complications was 0.72% （78/10 856） in laparoscopic hysterectomy, and 0.29% （31/10 856）for laparoscopic adnexal operations. Conclusion： The incidenc of complication of laparoscopic surgery for gynecology oncology was related with the difficulty of surgery and operation skills. The complications can be reduced or avoided by improving the endoscopic operation skills of doctors and mastering the operation indication strictly.
