丙基硫氧嘧啶联用卡托普利对甲亢大鼠心肌的保护作用

摘    要:
目的研究卡托普利对甲亢大鼠心肌的保护作用。方法大鼠ig左甲状腺素钠片14 d,测定血清中FT3、FT4、TSH,制作大鼠甲亢模型;分组给药治疗14 d后,再次测定大鼠血清中FT3、FT4、TSH,并检测大鼠心肌MDA的含量、SOD和GSH-PX酶的活性。结果丙基硫氧嘧啶、卡托普利、丙基硫氧嘧啶联合卡托普利3组均可降低大鼠血清中FT3、FT4,升高TSH;丙基硫氧嘧啶及卡托普利单独给药具有降低MDA含量、升高SOD活性的趋势;丙基硫氧嘧啶 卡托普利给药可显著降低心肌MDA含量,升高SOD、GSH-PX酶活性(P<0.01)。结论给予卡托普利后,较单纯丙基硫氧嘧啶抗甲亢治疗具有明显的心肌保护作用。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effects of Captopril on hyperthyroid rats.METHODS After establishing hyperthyroid rats model using levothyroxine sodium tablets,the rats were randomized to five groups: the normal group,the control group,the Propylthiouracil group,the Captopril group and the Propylthiouracil plus Captopril group respectively.After 14 days,the content of FT3,FT4 and TSH was examined to confirm whether the hyperthyroid rats model was made successfully.After 28 days,MDA content and SOD activity in myocardium were detected;the content of FT3,FT4 and TSH was examined again.RESULTS The content of FT3,FT4 in serum and MDA in myocardium was decreased and the content of TSH in serum,SOD activity in myocardium was increased after treatment of Propylthiouracil plus Captopril.CONCLUSION Propylthiouracil plus Captopril could provide better protective effects than Propylthiouracil only in myocardium of hyperthyroid rats.
