| Abstract: | Numerous studies have shown that besides lipid lowering,atorvastatin has the effects of inhibiting inflammation,anti-ventricular remodeling,neurohumoral regulation,improving vascular endothelial function,and antioxidant effects.In this paper the application and advancement of atorvastatin in cardiovascular diseases was reviewed. |
