Affiliation:Marilyn J. Kieffer received a BSN from Loyola University and her MS in Parent-Child Nursing from the University of Utah. She has worked as a Public health nurse in the Indian Health Service and staff nurse on the University of Utah's High Risk Obstetric Unit. Since her graduation as a nurse-midwife, she has worked as a staff nurse-midwife at Phoenix Memorial Hospital. Ms. Kieffer is a member of ACNM, NAACOG, ANA, Sigma Theta Tau, ICEA, and AzPHA.
