| 摘 要： | 采用切开复位、克氏针加钢丝内固定的方法治疗手法整复失败的儿童肱骨髁上骨折１１２例。经平均５年３个月的随访，优良率达７３．２％，肘内翻发生率为１２．５％。结果表明该治疗方法对预防肘内翻的发生有显著作用。结合临床和有关文献对肘内翻的发生机制和预防措施进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | One hundred and twelve failed cases of children's humeral supracondylar fracture after manual closed reduction were treated by open reduction and Kirschner- and steal-wire internal fixation. The follow-up of an average of 63 months showed an excellent-good rate of 73.2% and an incidence of cubitus varus of 12. 5%. The results showed that the incidence of cubitus varus was closely related to the treatment methods. The pathogenic mechanism and the preventive measures of cubitus varus are discussed in the paper. |
