| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨低分子肝素与巴米尔联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 100例不稳定型心绞痛患被随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例,均经常规治疗,2组均口服巴米尔0.2,1次／d;治疗组给予速避凝0.4ml,皮下注射,2次／d。对照组给予生理盐水0.4ml,皮下注射,2次／d。2组均连用7d。观察用药前后心绞痛发作频率,用药后心电图变化及治疗前后PT、APTT、PLT的变化。结果 2组经治疗后7d心绞痛发作频率比较均具有显性差异（P＜0.01）。2组治疗前后心电图改变的有效率,2组相比具有显性差异（P＜0.01）,治疗前后2组PT、APTT、PLT各项相比无显性差异（P＞0.05）。结论 低分子肝素与巴米尔联合用药治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛是比较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical observation of low molecular heperin and BMR to treat the unstable angina.Methods 100 cases of such patients were divided into two groups for 50 cases per each as test group and control group.The BMR was taken in both groups and low molecular heperin was given in test group for 7d.The changes of ECG,PT,APTT and PLT before and after treatment were observed.Results The frequency of angina onset and ECG changes had significant changes.But PT,APTT and PLT had no changes.Conclusion This combination treatment of low molecular heperin and BMR might be an ideal method. |
