摘 要: | 目的利用先进的计算机及网络通信技术对超声报告流程中的节点进行控制,构建超声报告质量控制系统。方法分析影响超声报告质量的流程节点,基于超声影像信息系统平台,应用XML技术、Gsoap Webservice通信技术及Power Designer数据库建模工具,实现超声影像信息系统与医院信息系统交互,以及超声报告的审阅、审核和发布。结果通过超声报告质控系统,可正确获取超声报告中所涵盖的患者基本信息及临床相关信息,快速实现超声报告的智能化审阅、错误提醒和审核发布。结论基于对超声报告流程中节点控制而构建的超声报告质控系统,可使超声报告的流程更加科学,内容更加规范,以实现质量控制的目的。

Abstract: | Objective To build the quality control system of ultrasound report with process node control based on advanced computer and network communication technology. Methods Process nodes affecting ultrasound reporting quality were analyzed through the hospital information system (HIS) ,Microsoft VFW video capture technology,XML technology,Gsoap Webservice technology and PowerDesigner database modeling tools to realize the interaction between the HIS and achieve a better improvement of ultrasound report in reviewing, auditing and publishing. Results To achieve the intelligent reviewing, auditing and publishing of ultrasound report fast through the ultrasound report quality controlling system acquiring patient basic information and related clinical information correctly. Conclusion The ultrasound report system based on the process node control is feasible to make a scientific process of ultrasound report with standard content and achieve the goal of quality control. |
