| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨用GraNee针行经皮小儿腹股沟疝内环口缝扎术的手术方法。方法 :用GraNee针为1 0例腹股沟斜疝患儿行腹腔镜内环口缝扎术。结果 :完成手术平均用时 1 4min。术后恢复顺利 ,术后无复发。结论 :用GraNee针行小儿腹股沟疝内环口缝扎术符合治疗小儿疝的基本原则 ,操作简便、安全 ,局部瘢痕小、美观。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the method of percutaneous laparoscopic herniorrhaphy using GraNee needle in children with inguinal hernias.Methods:10 patients with inguinal hernias were operated on using the GraNee needle laparoscopically.Results:All the procedures were completed successfully with mean operation time of 14 minutes without severe complication and recurrence.Conclusions:Percutaneous laparoscopic herniorrhaphy using GraNee needle in children with inguinal hernias is feasible and safe with better cosmetic results. |
