| 摘 要： | 目的分析影像学检查在慢性胰腺炎(CP)诊断中的价值。方法已确诊的CP64例,分析超声(US)、计算机X线体层摄影(CT)、内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)及磁共振胰胆管显影(MRCP)在CP中的作用。结果CP各种影像学检查敏感性依次为MRCP(83.0%)、ERCP(87.5%)、CT(68.6%)、US(64.1%)。结论各项影像学检查中MRCP及ERCP为诊断主要依据,CT及US具有辅助诊断意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of imaging methods in the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis(CP).Methods To evaluate the results of the imaging methods of 64 cases diagnosed with Chronic Pancreatitis.The imaging methods included transabdominal ultrasound(US),computed tomography(CT),endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP).Results The sensitivity were MRCP(83.0%)、ERCP(87.5%)、CT(68.6%)、US(64.1%)in the imaging methods of CP.Conclusion MRCP and ERCP were the main clues for diagnosing.But CT and US were only for assistant diagnosis in the Chronic Pancreatitis. |
