阶段性健康教育对急诊监护室冠心病行PCI术后患者的影响

目的:探讨阶段性健康教育对急诊监护室(EICU)冠心病(CHD)行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者的影响。方法:选取2018年1月1日~2019年12月31日EICU收治的80例CHD行PCI的患者,根据入院时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用PCI术后常规健康教育,观察组在PCI术后常规健康教育基础上实施阶段性健康教育;比较两组对CHD健康教育知识内容的知晓情况、PCI术后并发症、生活质量采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]、出院时左室射血分数(LVEF)和术后患者满意度。结果:观察组对CHD健康教育知识内容的知晓率、患者满意度、SF-36各维度评分、出院时LVEF值均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),PCI术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对CHD行PCI术后患者实施阶段性健康教育后,患者对疾病的认识和预防有了更深的了解,降低了术后并发症的发生率,提高了患者的生活质量和满意度,值得临床推广。

Effect of Staged Health Education on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI in Emergency Care Unit

Objective:To investigate the effect of staged health education on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in emergency care unit(EICU).Methods:A total of 80 patients with CHD undergoing PCI in EICU from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission time with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education after PCI,and the observation group received staged health education on the basis of routine health education after PCI.Patients′knowledge of CHD,complications after PCI,quality of life(SF-36),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)at discharge,and postoperative patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the awareness rate of CHD health education knowledge,patient satisfaction,SF-36 scores in all dimensions,and LVEF value at discharge were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the incidence of complications after PCI was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:After the implementation of staged health education for CHD patients after PCI,patients have a deeper understanding of disease awareness and prevention,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
