基于需要的层级护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运动机能的影响

目的:探讨基于需要的层级护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者运动机能的影响。方法:将68例老年COPD患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取基于需要的层级护理干预,比较两组干预前后肺功能相关指标肺活量(VC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC)的比值(FEV1%)]、运动机能、心理状态采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及生活质量采用医学结局调查简易量表(SF-36)]。结果:干预后,两组VC、PEF、FEV1%、运动机能、SAS评分、SDS评分及SF-36评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于需要的层级护理干预能有效促进老年COPD患者的肺功能和运动机能恢复,改善其负性情绪和生活质量。

Effects of Need-based Hierarchical Nursing Intervention on Motor Function in Elderly Patients with COPD

Objective:To investigate the effects of need-based hierarchical nursing intervention on motor function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:The 68 elderly patients with COPD were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method into 34 cases each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received need-based hierarchical nursing intervention.The related parameters of pulmonary function(MVV,PEF,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%),motor function,mental state(SAS,SDS)and the quality of life(SF-36)of the two groups of were compared before and after the intervention between the two groups.Results:after intervention,VC,PEF,FEV1%,motor function,SAS score,SDS score and SF-36 score of the two groups were better than before intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The need-based hierarchical nursing intervention can effectively promote pulmonary function and motor function recovery in elderly patients with COPD,and improve their negative mood and quality of life.
