阶段性康复护理干预在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用

目的:探讨阶段性康复护理干预在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将231例心脏瓣膜置换术后患者随机分为观察组115例和对照组116例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施阶段性康复护理干预。比较两组患者术后住院天数、卧床时间及应用抗凝药依从性,患者护理满意率及预后。结果:观察组ICU住院时间、卧床时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05),用药依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率高于对照组,患者预后情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性康复护理干预应用于心脏瓣膜置换术后患者,可缩短患者住院天数,提升患者治疗依从性,加快患者术后康复。

Application of Staged Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Patients after Cardiac Valve Replacement

Objective:To explore the application and effect of staged rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients after cardiac valve replacement.Methods:A total of 231 patients after heart valve replacement were randomly divided into the observation group of 115 cases and the control group of 116 cases.The control group received the routine nursing,and the observation group carried out the staged rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Hospital stay,bed time,compliance with anticoagulants,nursing satisfaction rate and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The length of ICU stay,bed time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the medication compliance score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the prognosis of the patients was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Staged rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients after heart valve replacement can shorten the length of hospital stay,improve patients′treatment compliance,and enhance patients′postoperative recovery.
