Autar风险评估护理在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤手术患者中的应用

目的:探讨Autar风险评估护理在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将182例脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤手术患者按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各91例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施Autar风险评估护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者干预后血流平均速度、血流峰速度高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后血流平均速度、血流峰速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Autar风险评估护理可有效评估脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤手术患者的术后深静脉血栓风险,促进患者术后血流速度和血流峰速度,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Application of Autar Risk Assessment Care in Patients Undergoing Surgery for Spinal Fracture with Spinal Cord Injury

Objective:To explore the application and effect of Autar risk assessment care in patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury.Methods:A total of 182 patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury were divided into the control group and the observation group with 91 patients each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given Autar risk assessment nursing on this basis.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the mean velocity and peak velocity of blood flow in the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the mean velocity and peak velocity of blood flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Autar risk assessment nursing can effectively evaluate the postoperative risk of deep vein thrombosis in patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury,promote postoperative blood flow velocity and peak blood flow velocity,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
