基于移动医疗App的延续性护理对慢性鼻窦炎患者的影响

目的:探讨基于移动医疗App的延续性护理对慢性鼻窦炎患者自我效能、康复依从性及术后恢复的影响。方法:将110例慢性鼻窦炎患者按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组给予常规干预及出院指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于移动医疗App的延续护理,比较两组自我效能采用自我效能量表(GSES)]、自护能力采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)]、依从性、术后不适采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)]及并发症发生率。结果:干预后,两组GSES、ESCA评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.01),VAS评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:基于移动医疗App的延续性护理,能够提高慢性鼻窦炎术后患者的自我效能及自护能力,改善其依从性,促进术后恢复。

Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on Mobile Medical App on Patients with Chronic Sinusitis

Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous nursing based on mobile medical App on self-efficacy,rehabilitation com-pliance and postoperative recovery of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods:A total of 110 cases of chronic sinusitis patients were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group with 55 cases each.The control group was given conventional intervention and dis-charge guidance,and the observation group was implemented continuous nursing based on mobile medical App on the basis of control group.The self-efficacy(GSES),self-care ability(ESCA),compliance,postoperative discomfort(VAS)and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the GSES and ESCA score of the two group were higher than that of before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).The compliance score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and VAS score and complication rates were lower than that of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing based on mobile medical App can improve the postoperative self-efficacy in patients with chron-ic sinusitis and self-care ability,increase its compliance,and promote postoperative recovery.
