基于SQL SERVER2008的眼科电子病历系统的研制

摘    要:目的:电子病历系统在现代医学信息处理中占有很高的地位,本文针对医院对于眼科病人信息管理的实际需求,开发了一个眼科电子病历系统,以实现对患者的诊疗信息的管理及眼底图像的处理。方法:系统采用SQL SERVER2008作为应用数据库,ActiveX数据对象(Active Data Object简称ADO)的方式连接数据库,以Visual Studioc++6.0作为开发语言,采用SQL语句拼接的方法实现高级查询,采用改进的Back Propagation(BP)神经网络算法进行图像的分割及处理。结果:该眼科电子病历系统包括系统管理、病人信息管理、信息查询及图像管理等四个模块,可实现患者信息的管理、高级查询及统计分析等功能,另外,还可对眼科眼底造影图像进行处理,可手动及自动测量眼底血管管径及不规则病变的面积。结论:通过SQL语句拼接实现对数据库的高级检索,极大地提高了数据库的操作效率。系统给出的眼底血管和病变面积的测量数据,可为眼底病变的诊断、治疗及预后评估等提供依据。总之,该眼科电子病历系统提供了一个操作简便.界面友好的工具,有助于临床诊疗、教学及科研工作。

Abstract:Objective: The electronic medical records system plays a key role in the processing of medical information. In this study, for the purpose of the managing of the clinical data, an ophthalmic electronic medical records ~ystem was developed in the need of the information management of ophthalmic patients. The primary ftmction of the system was to manage the diagnosis and treatment information and process the fluorescence fundus angiography. Methods: This ophthalmic ele~tronic medical records system was based on Visual Studio C++6.0 with the SQL SERVER2008 as an application database. And the databas~ was connected by the Active Data Object. The function of advanced query was realized by means of SQL .statement stitching method. The method of modified Back Propagation neural network was used for the segmentation and process of the fluores- cence ftmdus angiography. Results: Four modules were integrated in the system, including the system management, patient in- formation management, query and image processing. In this system, the management, query and statistical analysis of the pa- tients' information may be realized. The diameter of the blood vessel in fluorescence fundus angiography may be obtained man- ually and automatically. Conclusions: The advanced query of the database which was completed by SQL statement stitching method may improve the efficiency of visiting the database. The data of diameter of the blood vessel and area of irregular patho logical changes may provide valuable clue of the diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of the fundus diseases. In a word, this oph- thalmic electronic medical records system provides a convenient tool which may be helpful for clinical, educational and scientif- ic research work.
