疏血通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死30例临床观察

目的:分析对急性脑梗死患者采用疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取60例急性脑梗死患者作为临床研究对象,根据住院尾号的单号将其分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组患者采用疏血通注射液进行治疗,治疗组患者采用疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,治疗两周后,观察两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组患者的不良反应率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对急性脑梗死患者采用疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,能够提高治疗有效率,疗效和安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of Shuxuetong Injection Combined with Ozagrel Sodium Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Conclu- sion Shuxuetong injection combined with ozagrel sodium on acute cerebral infarction patients with treatment, can improve the treatment efficiency, efficacy and high safety, is worth the clinical promotion.
